The supreme court ruling has caused confusion. 

We need clarity on how transgender people are protected and why a gender recognition certificate is still worthwhile - as the law doesn't allow them into spaces for their identifying sex which would protect them most.

If transgender people are not allowed to access same sex spaces, and their gender markers mean nothing when it comes to how the law will treat them; we need guidance on how gender should be protected, and what it means.
