I want mental health awareness to be compulsory in schools. It’s such an important part of so so many peoples lives and people are suffering even more because of the lack of understanding and stigma surrounding mental health. I believe if everyone learns about mental health and the actions to take if there’s someone you know suffering, then many lives will be saved.
