Last night the Planning Committee of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea refused planning permission for the above development, overturning the recommendation made by the Planning Officers. This is a wonderful result for all of us who have fought long and hard to stop this insensitive and overblown building from ruining Notting Hill for the foreseeable future.
