Buying a ticket to travel with Ryan Air often feels like more of a gamble than say, actually paying for something then being guaranteed those goods or services.

Switching their licence to a gambling licence would be more in line with the nature of purchasing a ticket and attempting to travel (or not) with them.

They would then also be subjected to gaming laws, so would have to guarantee a certain number of tickets win (and get to fly), as opposed to the uncertainty now on whether or not your ticket actually gets you anything.
