Great Northern Square has been official public open space in Manchester City centre for over 20 years. Now developers want Manchester City Council to agree to a huge new office building. Our city needs good public spaces. We want the Council to stand up to these developers and say NO to building on our square. Please join us to save our square.

This building would leave lasting negative impact on the city, including local residents and existing operators, when the developers are long gone. Local residents and citizens agree the open space should be improved - it has great potential. But it is NOT a development site - it is a public place.
