As Winter melts away to spring and standing water dries up, there isn't a whole lot to complain about when it comes to water-filled pathways.

But, along with spring, summer, and fall comes rain and puddles, that won't drain for days because of poorly designed drainage systems. See photo on the right.

On the left photo, it is clearly seen that this "drain" is meant to be used as a pathway as well. The sideway going north and south between JR Walkof and Emerado schools slopes down into the "drain" to make it easier to get onto or off of the sidewalk. Unless, for some entirely crazy reason the person who designed this intended for the sidewalk to flood any time it rained. Wouldn't make sense, in my opinion.
