Since Altice purchased Suddenlink, internet has become sporadic to, at times, nonexistent.  Technicians come out and somehow get it working again for a few hours and then it consistently degrades to the point that a technician has to come back out again which takes 3 days to a week or sometimes more.  Cable channels are often not working.  Bills are increasing monthly for no reason for some customers.  Customer service is based out of the country now and usually the person on the other end barely speaks English and understands English even less.  We live in a time where high speed internet is a necessity.  Those that work from home part or full time have to depend on high speed internet for their lively hood.  Moving to another city to get vital high speed internet is not the answer. We as Tyler residents live in an awesome city and are proud to call Tyler our home.  We the people of Tyler, Texas are petitioning to have Suddenlink by Altice replaced by a company that will provide the services that are needed at a reasonable standard price that is not constantly changing and repair or replace the equipment to its full potential so we can receive the best internet and cable service available.
