The Wabash Valley has a growing problem that everyone seems to be ignoring and that is the homeless population. Our city needs a warming and cooling center for these people to go too. They need somewhere to shower, wash their clothes, charge their phones and receive mail. This is an issue that has been ignored for years and it's time to step up and create change.
