The homeless encampments and homeless people living in the Temecula Creek that runs through Temecula have become a nuissance to residents. The car break in's have increased and the encampments are becoming noticiable to residents from street view. Drug paraphernalia is being found along sidewalks and paths used by temecula residents. Residents are being harrased for money when they stop at local eateries, stores and gas stations. Human feces are in the walkways and the homeless are walking our neighborhood streets where our children play. We want the city and local law enforement to clean the creek up.
