Objection Deadlines for D/2018/1305 and D/2018/1451

A quick reminder to all those who oppose the redevelopment at the rear of the Cambridge Hotel that the submission dates for D/2018/1305 and D/2018/1451 are Monday 14 January and Friday 18 January respectively.  Please be sure to raise your objections and concerns with Council Officer David Zabell (dzabell1@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au) before the exhibition period closes.

Other than the proximity, ongoing noise and solar access concerns that have already been raised, there are now additional concerns about construction noise that would potentially be 6 days per week for the next two years, commencing from 7:30am each day.

Please also consider attending the town planning meeting when this application is being considered as strength in numbers has the power to weigh on councillors' decisions, as occurred when the original application was presented in 2017.
