The City of Surrey has decided to take action on illegal suites within the Clayton area. (Illegal suites are defined as residences where there are more than 1 rental suite).

This action has been a long time coming and will go a long way to addressing a number of problems that have arisen in the Clayton area due to over-densification. Specifically Parking, Crime, public nuisances and a general over taxing of resources within the area.

While we understand that there will be impacts on renters due to pending evictions, as residences of Clayton we all deserve to live in the best environment possible.

By signing this Petition we are indicating that we strongly support this action from the city despite the small but vocal opposition being reported through various media channels.
