Thank you to Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow on recognizing issues in our community and worldwide. She promises to bring up these issues in D.C. in hopes to promptly take care of them. This is just another sign that our petition is working... but the fight is not over yet. We still need to grasp the attention of the Sterling Heights Planning Commission in hopes they will continue to reason and negotiate with the Muslim community.
