Petition to Reduce Number of Gordon McKernan Billboards in Shreveport
The Issue
We have a billboard controversy in Shreveport, yet, it's not the one many people are talking about.
Personally, I have no problem with a borderline-controversial billboard promoting a local strip club, I do, however, have a problem with the 800 Gordon McKernan billboards in the Ark-La-Tex. I say it's time we reduce that number to something more reasonable... Maybe two or three scattered around a 50 mile radius.
No citizen of the Ark-La-Tex should be forced to look at Gordon McKernan twelve times before they make it in to work.
