Sadly our beloved dog Bailey was hit and killed by a speeding driver in front of our home on Thursday September 12th. I witnessed the vehicle hit him and continue to drive to their destination. I called the police and discovered it’s not a crime to hit and run on a domestic animal. This MUST change. It’s likely (given what I now know about the driver) that he was impaired. 

Please help by signing the petition (and sharing) to show the City of Rochester the public’s support and interest in making the necessary changes to the current law.
