This is the "No place like home" dog rescue. Ran by Ann Marie Rogers, she hates pitbulls and all other bully breeds. She tries to talk the pet owner into surrendering their animals to her, then she immediately euthanizes them. Also, when confronted she says "would you like me to take care of yours? They only scream a little."
She also has been fired by the county from a different job for euthanizing a Rottweiler in her car.
