On Tuesday, 9/15/2020 Judge Stacey M. Romeo of The City of Rochester Family Court in Rochester, NY granted custody of an 11 month old child to her biological father, James (Jim) Locke. Locke currently has a pending rape charge as well as drug possession charges. This child has not seen or heard from her father since she was an infant and risks her entire life being uprooted to live with a monster thousands of miles away in the State of California. The child's Child Advocacy Lawyer adamantly opposed this decision however Judge Stacey Romeo did not take this court-appointed lawyer's professional opinion into consideration. This is NOT the first time that Judge Stacey Romeo has placed children in dangerous situations. In 2018, she made a similar decision which ultimately led to her recusing herself. We CANNOT sit around and let this woman throw away innocent children's lives! SHE NEEDS OUT NOW! This child needs to stay with her maternal grandparents who have raised her to this point.
