Establish Bill Lipuma Dr in Downtown Rochester
The Issue
The sudden and sad passing of Lipuma's founder Bill Lipuma is a blow to a staple of the Rochester community. Bill Lipuma established Lipuma's Coney Island in Downtown Rochester in 1969. I think we should dedicate a street to him downtown to importalize the impact he's made on my hometown of Rochester, MI.
