June 2025 -- Mon Sheong Foundation has made a second submission for 11283 Yonge Street. 

The submission attempts to argue that the new concept addresses sunlight and wind issues, but still poses significant concerns for the elderly residents of the existing Mon Sheong Court in Richmond Hill.   The submission seems to also fail to address significant issues related to Richmond Hill policy compliance.

We ask for your continued support in opposing unreasonable changes that impact the health and well being of elderly residents of Mon Sheong Court.  More updates will be provided and we will let you know once a public consultation meeting is announced.
