As you may know, the City of Richmond Hill has scheduled a Public Meeting for 7:30pm Wednesday April 6, 2022 to discuss Mon Sheong's proposed development of 11283 Yonge Street.  Please mark you calendars and be prepared to attend to voice your concerns in person.  This is very important.

The petition, signatures list, and comments have been sent to the City of Richmond Hill and we have asked that they be part of the public record.  They have also been sent to Tom Muench (Ward 2 Councillor), Carmine Perrelli (Regional and Local Councillor), Joe DiPaola (Regional and Local Councillor), and David West (Mayor) by email.  Please contact them by phone or by email directly.  Individual contact by each resident is VERY important and will improve our chances of being heard.  Their contact information is as follows:

Finally, Mon Sheong has indicated that they will hold a meeting for residents prior to the public meeting with the city.  We advise all residents to not be fooled by any false reassurances made by Mon Sheong at that internal meeting.  Regardless of what Mon Sheong says at their internal meeting, all residents must be prepared to continue to voice their concerns DIRECTLY to the city.  Do not allow Mon Sheong to discourage you or lessen your commitment to ensuring that this development is stopped or significantly modified.  We must see this through until a final decision is rendered.  Please endure and continue to fight until the battle is won.
