The lack of Indoor Cricket facilities in Regina is starting to affect the many followers of the game within the city. With short summers, the residents that follow and indulge in the game of Cricket often find themselves in a strife when looking for spaces to play their beloved sports during the long winter season. Their needs are often unmet and even when a facility is found, it isn't quite built to host the game they love. The end result is not only unhappy residents of Regina but the loss of valuable revenue for the City.

The city government is looking to create a budget for next year and we feel this is a great opportunity for us Cricketers to unite and push for a dedicated facility for our beloved sports. With over 500 players residing in the city, it is a sport that demands its own space.
