-Step towards Mayor's Goal 2 of healthier Philadelphians
-Step towards Goal 3 of becoming a place of choice
-Step towards Goal 4 of becoming the greenest city
-Step towards Goal 5 of government working efficiently (healthy & active employees are more productive)
-There are ways of doing this (examples in other cities) that will not cost the City money
-I've proposed this idea to a few folks and it has not yet gained traction...hoping to try and move it forward
