Please support this petition to show Mayor Nutter and the city of Philadelphia the importance of helping those who do not have a voice.... The hundreds of homeless animals in over crowded shelters like the PSPCA & ACCT. These facilities do not have the room to keep all the unwanted and homeless animals, especially pitbulls. These animals only have 24-48 hrs to live if no one adopts them because the "no kill" shelters have no room and no funding!!! Speak up and be heard!!! Tell the city and Mayor Nutter to help by providing funds and allowing for expansion to help these animals to find their furever home!!!!
