I am currently working with police, city officials, Councilmen Squilla and Domb, reps from Center City District, a group from Symphony House, etc. The police have stepped up their efforts to confiscate bikes through sweeps and make arrests on a regular basis. Deputy Commissioner Dales is in charge of this effort. We have been meeting on a regular basis to keep abreast of the progress. Stay tuned. Be patient. Call 911 no matter the hour.  Get earplugs!!
