Last night the ATVs and other noise polluters were riding up and down and around Broad and side streets endlessly. Around midnight I called 911. I explained that Officer Jesse O'Shea told us to call when this situation occurs.  Not long after, the noise dissipated and then it was much quieter. I suggest that you make the same call whenever you can. I plan to print out the petition and present it to Council and the Mayor. Enough is enough.
