I have moved to my home on Wyoming Dr, Palm Bay FL since 2016, since then My family has lost our dog, hit in run right in front of our home. Then  2 other dogs was hit and killed. One if them a great dane, and my husband and I and a Palm Bay police officer stood by him and watch as he took his last breath, another chihuahua was hit and left on the side of the road and Tonight, 1/23/21 my I heard a big bang in front of my home again, then a yelp and a scream, I ran out and saw my neighbor across the street holding his little dog crying so hard  after watching two speeding cars hit his dog and didnt stop!! I ran to him to help him and drove him to the animal hospital but it was too late. I know the devastation he was going through all to well. This has to stop, there is a school a block away which my son goes to, what is going to take for the speeding down our residential road to stop! Is it going to take a person/ child to get hit for this to stop? If there were speed bumps put on the road it will at least slow the cars down, because the signs and flashing lights are not working! Please sign the petition to have the city of Palm Bay install speed humps through the whole road on Wyoming Dr, Palm bay Fl and maybe those careless drivers out there will realize maybe the should slow down because they care more about there cars then they do the lives of people and our pets!!
