Good morning everybody! Hope you all had a good Halloween. So as some of you may have seen, Global News Durham has covered the indoor skatepark topic on TV and online which you can view HERE if you haven't already watched it. In the video, Oshawa City Council Member Tito-Dante Marimpietri is featured and talking about how "there are other levels of government to seek that funding assistance", which is great! However, he hasn't responded to any of my emails, or my phone calls. Interesting, isn't it? That's okay, because you guys know we won't take that for an answer! From here forward, I will be doing everything I can to get in touch with Tito and discussing further with him. Thank you very much Global News Durham and to everybody else who is helping increase these petition signature numbers! You guys are the best, and it really goes to show how supportive and how much the Skateboarding community stands with each other and voices their opinion. Much love!
