Dr. Picinich a local Chiropractor who made an illegal parking lot and is in violation of City codes that are required by our City as well my civil rights.   I have severe eye pain and headaches that never go away, his action violates my rights.  A link to Hemicrania Contiuum which is a type of Trigeminal Neuralgia is below. This is the result of concussion. Pain 24/7. Please review and learn.  The City of Oneonta is aware but there has been no changes but I am supposed to live in pain, while Dr Picinich gets to do whatever he wants.  He has smashed my neighbors fence so many times they put large concrete blocks to prevent his harm.  He still managed to break it.  I’m in pain, and his rights appear to have a free pass that allows him to violate code but I have to wait.  Clear violations, clear he doesn’t care about the people of our City. I ask my fellow neighbors to sign this petition to get action taken and show that the rights of a citizen (including disabled) may be violated and the allowance of illegality must be  stopped.  Please sign and support me in my fight for equal rights for this city and hope that this stops.  Our council and code enforcement division are sympathetic and amazing people.  However, the longer it is accepted the worse it is.
