The city has taken the big step and is finally looking into the cost and feasibility of a 50 metre multi-purpose pool as part of the new Harry Jerome Centre . A key requirement which the City insists on, is the continued operating cost share arrangement with the District of North Vancouver. through the Recreation and Culture Commission. At present the district has not warmed up the idea and the District Councilors are not keen to commit.
