Support the breweries (or soon to be) of Lower Lonsdale with our last push to get lounge licenses so that we can serve more than a flight of beer by signing this petition to the City of North Vancouver council.  Council will be voting on this issue on April 15th, 2019.

Mayor and Council,

We support the recommendations of planning staff for the change of the M-4 zoning to allow lounges in Lower Lonsdale (Shipyards District) as below with no additional restrictions on the breweries

• Creating an additional accessory use for the M-4 zoning; Accessory Lounge Use. That lounges be limited to 30% of the principal use’s floor area, up to a maximum of 80 m2 (861.1 square feet).
• On-site outdoor patios are permitted with a maximum area which shall not exceed 50% of the permitted Accessory Lounge Use.
• Adopt the policy as recommended by staff that provides direction for when staff are to refer provincial “Lounge Endorsements” to Council.
