Currently in Hamilton County, Indiana, cities of Carmel and Westfield allow backyard chickens but Noblesville does not.

We would like to be more self sufficient and allow backyard chickens (egg laying hens) in the City of Noblesville. This petition is for City Council to change the local ordinance and allow the residents to have backyard chickens.

Some benefits of free range, backyard chickens include:
