For too long, local Animal Control Officer, Terri Baker, has neglected her position as ACO for the cities in Campbell County. After a recent video surfaced of a man abusing his dog, ACO Terri Baker did not remove the dog from the home despite animal abuse charges being filed. I'd like to say this was the first act of misconduct, but her reputation in the community precedes her. If enough people contact their city offices and demand the end to the ACO contract, we can finally get on the right track to actually helping animals.
