Outlet Mall developers announce they won't be building a mall

For all that signed our first petition for Jazzland, THANK YOU. In the last year, the group that proposed the outlet mall has said that it isn't viable and they will not be building a mall. They now want to pursue a "non-retail" "significantly different" idea, without public input. We think that goes completely against the RFP process. The community support for our plans have continued to grow and we have started a new petition to Bring Jazzland Back!
