Problem
The City of New Haven is considering emergency demolition of the historic gatehouse at Brewery Square, in Fair Haven, a building complex that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Solution
Demolition of the building must be halted so that prudent and feasible alternatives can be explored and presented to the building owner and to the City of New Haven.
