Help us remove the "Red Tag" from our Mobile Hair Salon
At Sala Salon, the Napa Valley's only AVEDA Salon, we suffered catastrophic water damage as a result of last Sunday's earthquake here in the Napa Valley.
Right now are priorities are short term. Paying the team and those other bills that need to be paid. Beyond that we are looking to re-build the business that is such an integral part of our community.
We need your help in doing this. We thought we were doing the right thing by renting a mobile hair trailer so that we could do a "pop up" salon right outside our main location. The hair trailer is used in film production for "on location" hair and make up, we know as we had to get it driven to Napa from Hollywood!
It's fit for purpose, has electricity and water hook ups, self contained generator, two toilets, two points of entry, three hair chairs and a one hair washing / rinsing station. It sounds like the real deal and it is!
The City of Napa will not let us park it an an area that they have now termed a "contruction zone". To keep us from usong the trailer for it's purpose the City of Napa have tagged the trailer with a red tag. For those of you who don't know that means the trailer "has been inspected and has been found to be seriously damaged and is unsafe to occupy....Entry may result in death or injury"
This trailer is a short term solution to the damage that the salon suffered in the earthquake with repairs having started hours after the quake struck.
So please sign our petition as we need your support in trying to get the business back up and running.
Once you've signed it please share it far and wide.
Thank you for your support.
