Information from Council has not been very forthcoming - they have cited commercial in confidence 

Today the Society learnt via a Facebook comment that the developer will be required to maintain Coburg Historical Society as the custodian of the Cottage - and Council is voting on whether to start the community consultation process to ultimately sell the site

The Society maintains that the Cottage should be subdivided from the surrounding vacant land and maintained in public ownership.
