SHF MMwave technology is being trialled across Australian capital cities. 

The ACMA is offering the 26 GHz SHF MMWave Scientific trial licenses for a 12 month 'trial' period.

Following are extracts from the ACMA web site:

'These licences enable interested parties to conduct trials of 5G mmWave technology before introduction of spectrum licensing in the band.'

'For mainland capital cities, sites may cover up to a maximum of 25 % of each city only.'

'the trial is of a limited duration
there is no guarantee that the service will be available after the conclusion of the trial there may be interruptions to their internet service due to trialling new technology the charges applicable for the service
that they may withdraw from participating in the trial at any time'

This really should be front line news.  Military grade Microwave 26 GHz being used from cell towers across up to 25% of mainland capital cities - people need to be informed prior to this happening and it should be via more than an add in the back of the paper, hopefully it is via mail.

That way, if people develop any adverse effects, e.g., asthma, headaches, fever, tight chest, they will know what a possible cause is.  The combination of the MMwave and the existing cell tower infrastructure represents substantial Microwave RF Radiation exposure.  

Where on earth is the opt out button?

Government 5G Inquiry Update

By email I followed up my request to the Government Inquiry Committee for studies indicating that MMwave SHF Microwave Radiation is safe. I have not heard back yet but will keep the pressure on for a response.  Trials should not occur without studies indicating that the technology is safe.

I will shortly be submitting to the ACMA a report detailing their requirement to include health limits in the Telecommunications Licensing Act that are applicable for long term and short term settings. At present they only provide short term effect health limits. This would be fine if they regulated the industry such that people were not located near the facilities for anything other than short term. 

It is the ACMA Board that should be addressed for this.

If we can ensure the correct limits are applied, this will lower our exposure to safe levels within our own homes and within schools and universities. It will also never allow experiments such as TESTBED 1 to occur within sensitive sites. All through having the correct limits. More on this later.

TESTBED 1 update:  I have written an extensive letter to Ms Sally Capp the City of Melbourne Mayor, that she should receive by Tuesday.  The letter details that TESTBED 1 is inconsistent with the impetus of the United Nations World Health Organisation to minimise RF exposure and to have regard to siting and sensitive sites, due to the known associated risk of short term and long term adverse health effects including depression and cancer. 

Additional to this is the incorrect application of Arpansa's short term health limits for TESTBED 1 which is in a long term setting, therefore, in order to be protective, long term health limits are required.

On top of this TESTBED 1 is inconsistent with the Rights of a Child and basic Human Rights.

Following is an extract of the letter to Ms Capp regarding 'Rights':

There is a risk of violation of Human Rights if the ‘City of Melbourne TESTBED 1’ is not halted.
This includes violation of The United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child, which Australia ratified in 1990.

Articles include:

‘Article 6: Children have a right to live a full life. Government should ensure that children survive and live healthily’,

There are known risks associated with exposure to Microwave RF radiation including cancer and central nervous system dysfunction at levels many times lower than that proposed for TESTBED 1.  The risk to health in TESTBED 1 is too great to be consistent with Article 6.
 
‘Article 24: Children have the right to good quality health care, clean water, nutritious food and a clean environment so that they will stay healthy’,

Microwave Radiofrequency Radiation is classified as a Biological Agent and described as a Pollutant by the United Nations, World Health Organisation. The densification of this pollutant, in a university, is not consistent with a clean environment and therefore not in accord with Article 24.
 
Note the following:
 
‘In November 1971 the WHO Regional Office for Europe convened a Working Group meeting at The Hague which recommended, inter alia, that the protection of man from microwave radiation hazards should be considered a priority activity in the field of non-ionising radiation protection’
 
 
‘Article 28: Children have the right to an education…’

It has been estimated that up to 10% of the Australian population suffer from electromagnetic sensitivity (A. Verrender, ACEBR, ABC.net, Jan 9, 2019) also known as Microwave sickness.  The effects this could have on the children’s ability to study, learn and become world ready for challenges cannot be underestimated. Electromagnetic sensitivity and Microwave sickness are debilitating. TESTBED 1 is an unfair stressor on young people who are unaware of the pollutant throughout their environment.  Who would therefore be unaware of the potential cause of any illness including depression.
 

 ‘City of Melbourne TESTBED 1’also presents a potential Human Rights violation:

‘Section 10(2) of the Human Rights Act 2004 says that: No-one may be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation or treatment without his or her free consent. Note: the prohibition on torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment under international law applies at all times and under all circumstances.’(https://hrc.act.gov.au

Experiment definition:
‘a test done in order to learn something or to discover if something works or is true’ (Cambridge dictionary)

The SHF MM wave ACMA ’26 GHz Scientificlicenses’ and The City of Melbourne‘TESTBED 1’ are consistent with experimentation in a ‘live’ environment. The ‘live’ includes young students.

The students are non-consenting subjects within the TESTBED 1 experiment. This represents a violation of  Human Rights.

More extracts of the letter will follow once proofed, including applicable health limits for long term exposure settings.
