Today I attended the Government Enquiry into the deployment of 5G.

I did not know about this area of health concern until recently so had not made a submission and attended as a member of the public.

I listened to industry extol the virtues of their 5G and MM wave wares that we 'have' to have and we 'have' to have soon, faster than any other country it would seem. 

The Government panel seemed pleased until at the end before they had gotten out of their seats to leave, I loudly blurted out my question that was burning inside me, 'Do you have just one study that shows that MM waves are safe?'   

You would think that given they are on the brink of deploying military grade 27GHz MM waves on our community and students and given that MM waves are ALREADY being trialled in Prahran Melbourne and on the Gold Coast, you would think they would be able to list a dozen studies revealing that MM waves are safe.

The response I received from the Government representatives was telling -  blank, slightly confused faces. These are the people who are supposed to be representing the public interests, we are paying them to  keep us safe.

One of the officials piped up and made mention that ICNIRP would have carried out one, to which I quickly replied, 'no, I'd like to see an actual study, not a review.' He then followed up with 'Arpansa would have done one', to which I replied, 'No, Arpansa has a small non-ionising division, they are not experts in this area, nor do they 'work at the bench' so to speak. I re-emphasised, 'I would like to see just one actual study that indicates that MM waves are safe.'  

So now they have said they will look for one.

You would think they would have listed off a dozen studies to have travelled so far down this diabolical path  - with our money but more devastatingly, with our health and that of our children, the health of the young, the old, the frail.

I have studies by the World Experts that clearly indicate that MM waves are categorically not safe. 

Industry and Government have travelled so far un-checked and they have not checked on the safety. It was telling that Lyn Allison warned of this very path during the 2001 Government 'Inquiry into Electromagnetic Radiation'.
