Ban the use of bullhooks in the city
The Issue
It is the right thing to do. Animal abuse comes in all forms. Bullhooks are disguised as "training tools". Trainers sink the sharp hooks into elephants' mouths and ears to make them perform. In the year 2015, do we need to exploit animals for our entertainment?
