At last evening's City Council meeting, the City Manager and Council acknowledged the petition we presented to them over a month ago. They did NOT move to vote on the dogs on the beach trial as we had asked. Yet, they indicated they will be publishing a survey today. Not sure of the point of the survey, if 2000 ppl have indicated they would like to move forward with this. Sooooo while completely frustrating - stay tuned!
