After 43 years of running the cafe' in Golders Hill Park, The City of London had decided not to renew the lease in favour of the Pazienti family and instead had given it to a catering chain.

This came as great shock and sadness to both the family and customers, many of whom are now in their third generation and regular cafe' users. 

Due to the enormous amount of support that we received from our customers ,as well as online, in writing, and at meetings , the catering chain who were originally chosen by the City of London Corporation pulled out of the planned takeover.

This was a significant development although we will still have to re-tender for Golders Hill Park Cafe'

We hope that with your support that we will be able to continue to run your cafe' and work even more closely with our customers and the local community to develop and improve the service which we provide.
