Ban vehicles from parking on Rancho Laguna Road & lower Morningside Drive in Bluebird Canyon

• This is a fire hazard in one of the most fire prone areas in Laguna beach. This is a hazard with the cigarette butts surrounding the vehicles, along with number of gasoline and oil cans in the backs of the trucks. In addition to gardening vehicles, the dead brushes and leaves, along with oil and gas stains all over the road.
• It prohibits driving safely driving creating blind spots at the stop sign as well as driving up, making it difficult for passage for two vehicles, additionally causing delays if there were needed emergency vehicles to pass in Time sensitive matters.
• The street is littered with debris and trash directly from these vehicles. We are asked the city to ban all maintenance and work vehicles from parking this street.
