There are multiple stray cats and kittens that die every year in our community. They are dying due to over populating  and health issues. In order for us to make a difference for our town and for these feral cats we need to start by nurturing and spaying these cats. I propose to ask The City of Kimball to help donate funds to these feral cats to have them be taken to Cheyenne WY to be fixed and released back into our neighborhoods. This will help minimize the population and birthrates. Along with that statement all kittens will be hopefully kept by the shelter in hopes that they will find a home.
