The Issue
Many times big rigs and other motorized vehicles either don't stop or are unable to stop in time due mostly to the speed they are traveling.many are left Feeling reluctant to cross over the highway at the risk or serious injury and this should not be the case. This is the only traffic control light on the Trans Canada between Winnipeg and Dryden with the exception of the portion of the Trans Canada that runs through the city of Kenora. Something needs to be done to enhance the safety in this area.
