I want to  force  the  city of  jurupa  valley   to  ban the  use  of  loud fireworks  in all parts of  the  city as  well as. If we  only use  quiet   Fireworks that are in no way loud because,   it affects  dogs  and  other animals   in  the  rural  area .  And  they should   also be   only allowed   on the  3 of July  so  owners of  animals  do not have  to worry  about  there animals escaping because  of loud noise  and  the fireworks   can also affect  people  who are autstic  and have a sensory  issue .  We should   be following   the  rules  that riverside   country   had  set  up  before  we  became a  city . I'm asking   for  our  city council  to  ban  the  use  of  loud fireworks   at any time  after  the  4th of July   because  , I as  a dog owner  do not  approve  of  using  loud fireworks  and  keeping owners  up  at all hours  of  the night   because  people  are  not honoring the 4th as  our  forefathers    intended  the day to be  a separation from England and  the  king . Another thing our city should   be doing is working  on  creating   a way that  ensures no one I  the area  can buy fireworks in San Bernardino  country   by setting up  check points to ensure no loud fireworks  enter the city.
