No longer allow minors into the Frederick Fair without parents

The Issue

After a 59 year old man was attacked by a group of teenagers and killed this past week at The Great Frederick Fair, the city of Frederick, MD should no longer allow minors to enter the fair without their parents or responsible adult present.
