On Tuesday, November 8th, City Council will reconvene on the University Drive Cut Thru proposal. Even though it is election night, I strongly encourage you to attend. We should continue to put the pressure on by having a sustained presence on Tuesday. I am planning to attend and will again have No Cut Thru stickers. Find me if you want to wear a sticker. We won't have the floor for an extended amount of time like last week but you can make comments during the section for "Presentations by the public on any item not subject to a public hearing." Note that our topic is the very last one on Tuesday's agenda and there's no telling what time they might get to it, but it would be wise for us to have a showing at the beginning even if people start to depart after the public comments section.
