The space, now formerly occupied by Taco Bell, needs to be occupied by a Raising Cane's Chicken. The closest one to Northwestern's campus is located in Loyola, which takes about 30-45 minutes to get to by train, and is generally not an easily accessible location for Northwestern students, and the students LOVE Cane's. Putting a Cane's location on Sherman Ave would ensure that 1. The fried chicken market in Evanston has business aside from Chicken Shack and 2. Northwestern students and the Evanston community can get their fix and support this incredible business.
