Home construction continues in Eastvale despite resident concerns about traffic and overcrowded schools all because of California housing mandates. STRATHAM HOMES has another proposal for SUMNER PLACE near 3 Eastvale schools.  They've made some changes to their plans, but it still looks to be a very high-density project in a very small piece of land.
