According to the Parking Management Plan submitted by Stratham Homes to the City of Eastvale, parking should not be an issue.  The plan states that they have met all of the minimum requirements established by the city.  This is true; however, many of the higher-density communities in our city experience parking issues despite meeting the requirement.

The Parking Management Plan also cites other projects in Laguna Niguel and Irvine as "COMPARABLE" to Sumner Place in Eastvale.  This is very concerning as we know we are not comparing apples to apples.  Not in the size of the development, the proximity to huge freeways and streets, as well as the proximity of those projects to other high-density and large shopping centers.  We invite you to see the Parking Management Plan for yourself by visiting the Sumner Place website.
