Peachtree Charter Middle School was at one time one of metro Atlanta's most prominent STEM schools boasting outstanding test scores and high employee morale.  However, all of this changed the day the DeKalb County School District hired Donnie Davis as the school's new principal in 2018.

From day 1, Davis has sullied the reputation of PCMS resulting in several negative news stories and the destruction of the once thriving STEM program.

By the end of July 2019, 55 staff members (1/3 of the school staff) left the school, nearly all of them admitting it was due to his mistreatment.  He has berated and bullied people on a daily basis and even made false claims to get staff members fired.  Teachers have had mental breakdowns and health issues relating to stress.  This man is quoted as saying "this is not a democracy, this is a dictatorship" in front of both staff members and parents.   

All attempts to file official grievances against him have been swept under the rug by the regional superintendent Sherry Johnson.  For the sake of our beloved staff and students, we are demanding that Donnie Davis be removed as principal of PCMS.
